ZUMBA fitness in DDC


Zumba is the newest hit in the world of fitness. Zumba is a Latin dance aerobics, a combination of dance and cardio workout that is different with this  that while training is fun or otherwise partying.
The sounds of authentic Latin rhythms such as merengue, salsa,  reggaeton, you do both dance and lose excess weight.
Zumba classes are structured along the lines of classic aerobics,

the first 45 minutes consist of a cardio workout, but in the last 15 to perform exercises of land for specific problem areas such as abdomen, legs and buttocks.
