Monday, Wednesday and Friday with start time: 18:10

Low-intensity training session, including: exercises for all muscles groups, stretching, exercises with dumb-bells, balls, etc.

These weights help for the versatility and the effectiveness of the exercises . One class is separated into exercises for tightening and shaping the muscles, exercises for the problematic zones, stretching.

The training sessions are accompanied by music synchronized with the rhythm of the exercises. Body Shaping helps for pressure relief, beautiful and healthy body.
