"Six Love Songs" is a choreographic concert of Zhana Pencheva in co-production with the Association "Garage Collective".

The project is the result of a collaboration between music and dance, provoked by the idea of how failed love can be visualized. During this concert, the person embraces the idea of intimacy, personal psychology, and feelings. Questions arise about poly-relationships and the re-identification of the individual in the performing context.

"Six Love Songs" gives space to a new honest body, to a group body, to someone who loves the unknown, conflicts and sugar, to someone else who is looking for something else, somewhere else, to you, to me. Love potentials that fight between red, yellow, green, and blue.

Like a game. Sometimes yes. Sometimes not.

Choreography and performance: Zhana Pencheva
Music and performance - Tsvetan Momchilov
Consultant-playwright - Dario Barreto Damas
Stage and costume consultant - Ralitsa Toneva
Duration: 45 - 50 min.
!The show is not recommended for people under 16!

The performance "Six Love Songs" was selected and realized within the initiative for contemporary dance, performance, and installations "Tri3avisim 2018". The premiere is carried out with the financial support of the Culture Fund of the Municipality of Varna.

In 2020, Six Love Songs was nominated for the IKAR Award of the Union of Bulgarian Artists, in the category "Contemporary Dance and Performance".

"For Voluntary Slavery" is a performance by Stefan Prokhorov on the border between theater and art, based on text (text-based art). A spectacle that the audience reads, listens to, and watches at the same time, constantly opposing the classic text of Étienne de La Boétie, the humanistic arguments and the ideas on which modern democracy is built. The public is constantly confronted with the irrationality of its civic behavior and the absurd nature of that behavior. "For voluntary slavery" is an attempt to involve the viewer, who accepts and obeys, no matter what. We ask in the name of what.

Director: Stefan Prokhorov

Video: Gergana Lazarova - Runkle
Music: Georgi Atanasov - Minstrel

"The State" is a performance by Alexander Manuilov about who we are and how we build our state. The story of Plamen Goranov and his last conscious evening on this earth before he set himself on fire.

The state as we make it. And also a story from the recent past: Plamen Goranov and how we protest, what we create, what we leave behind, and by ourselves for others.

This is the first Bulgarian drama ever selected at European theater festivals such as Theatertreffen (Berlin), Temps d’Images, and the Cologne International Platform for Theater and Dance. The text has been translated into five European languages.

"In-between" is a production of Stream Dance and was born after the unification of two duets - miniatures, created by choreographers Angelina Gavrilova and Filip Milanov.

The performance represents society as a set of interconnected individuals. It is the connections and relationships between people that are the starting point in the creation of the show. Throughout its existence, a person communicates, gets to know, depends on, and separates himself from the others around him. In this way, he builds a circle of people in which he feels accepted and understood.

Idea and choreography: Angelina Gavrilova and Filip Milanov
Music: Max Richter
Performed by: Elizabeth Yakimova, Maria Kasabova, Petya Koleva, Valeri Milenkov and Stefan Vuchov

The project "Platform 9 3/4" is being realized with the support of Sofia Municipality, "Culture" Program.
