Athletic training with Marion

The training is led by Marion Durova who has an extensive experience in dance and aerobic disciplines as well as sports such as track-and-field athletics. After 9 years as an instructor in Tae Bo, Marion focuses her attention on developing her own system of exercises – Athletic training. She decided to share it with Derida Dance Center visitors.

Athletic training is a highly intensive training that mixes exercises from track-and-field athletics, martial arts and alternative exercises. It supports the overall physical condition and helps improve coordination, strength, stamina, velocity which makes it useful for any other physical disciplines.
