For Us:

Derida Dance is a contemporary dance group created in 2004 by the Choreographer Jivko Jeliazkov and the Art Manager Atanas Maev. However from 2006, artists of diferent countries have been joining, forming an impressive multicultural group. In December 2007 Derida Dance was inscribed in the National Registerd of the Asociations.


We work for the “Development of the contemporary dance without borders”.

“Riding the wind” reflects the will of the human being to take control of its own life.
In our modern society we are handled through clichés, so that we do not realise that we are loosing our identity, our originality and the possibility of being the creators of our own personality.
